• Owner Payments
  • We understand how important it is for you to receive your monthly rental proceeds on time. That's why we directly deposit your funds into your account each month to guarantee you have quick access to your money. What if your tenant pays late? We have a twice-monthly owner payment schedule to ensure you don't have to wait until the next month to get your money.
• Monthly and Yearly Financial Reporting
  • We track monthly income and expenses on your investment property. These statements can be accessed via your online owner portal at your convenience.
  • We provide our property owners with year-end statements listing all property income and expenses which allows for efficient tax preparation. These can also be easily accessed through your owner portal.
• Security Deposits
  • Our accounting team handles all security deposits in accordance with North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules.
  • When a tenant vacates, your personal Property Manager will visit the property within 3 business days to evaluate its condition and determine any security deposit deductions necessary so you don't get stuck with the bill for damages in excess of normal wear-and-tear.
