Originally from Winston Salem, North Carolina, Hutchins attended UNCW where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She began her career in the property management industry in 2019, where she managed student and conventional housing in the Wilmington Area.
“I have a passion for real estate and property management,” said Hutchins. “I’m excited to be a part of the Sweyer team, and I look forward to learning and growing more in these roles.”
As a property manager with Sweyer, Hutchins will manage a portfolio of properties and handle advertising, leasing, maintenance, and turnover work for those homes. In addition, she will be the main point of contact for owners within her portfolio and communicate with them regularly regarding their investment properties.
